Shipping & Returns 

All packages are shipped with the Austrian Post and registered, which means each package receives a unique identification number for tracking purposes. 

Shipping Costs: Austria €4.20 Europe €11.50 International/Rest of the World €16.50 

All ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2-5 business days after ordering. The actual delivery time depends on the shipping destination. Please note that I have no control over delays within the postal system. 

Estimated Delivery Time: Austria 1-4 business days Europe 3-9 business days International/Rest of the World 7-25 business days 

Delivery Conditions 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. 

I cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or date for shipping and package arrival. 

Once the package leaves my hands and is with the postal service, I have no control over packaging condition or tracking updates. 

I am not responsible for delayed packages, lost packages, packages damaged during shipping, customs fees, or packages stuck in customs. 

Please ensure that your provided address is correct. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses or packages delivered to the wrong location due to address conflicts. 

International shipping locations include all countries outside of Europe. 

Return Conditions 

I accept returns and cancellations. 

Cancellations: Contact me within 12 hours after purchase. 

Returns: Contact me within 7 days of delivery and send the item back to me within 14 days of delivery. 

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

The following items cannot be returned/refunded: 

• Custom or personalized products
• Made-to-order items
• Items on sale
• Items purchased with a discount code (sale products)

Refunds will be issued in the form of gift cards for the amount spent. 

No cash/bank refunds are provided. 

Refund vouchers are valid for up to 1 year.
